The 60-voice choir of Middlebury College performs Britten's "A Ceremony of Carols," Pinkham's "Christmas Cantata" and other seasonal works drawn from five centuries, interspersed with Old and New Testament readings in this Vermont version of a 19th century English service for Advent and Christmas. The choir is conducted by Emory Fanning and accompanied by harp, brass, choir, and organ.
Funding is provided in part by the alumni and friends of Middlebury College.
