The Vermont Health Care Authority will hold its 10th and final public hearing on health care reform at the studios of Vermont ETV. This will be the public's last chance to express their opinions and concerns about health care reform as described in the Authority's draft report. The Authority will present its final report to the General Assembly on November 1st. A studio audience and viewers via phone will question the Authority and give testimony regarding the future of health care in Vermont. The Vermont International Film Festival is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the community and bring the world to Vermont through film.
Launched in 2014 by a group of filmmakers, archivists and concerned members of the public who wished to ensure the survival of artists’ films in Vermont, VAMP officially became a program of VTIFF in May 2015. The VAMP committee has broadened the initial concept to include all types of films and videos made by VT filmmakers or shot in Vermont.
