Outstanding representatives of the medical, legal, and state public service communities debate the ethics involved in making life and death decisions in an age of costs and limits in medical care. Ron Powers of Middlebury, an Emmy and Pulitzer Prize winning media critic, moderates a panel of eleven and examines two case studies.
