Two Vermont ETV productions tell the story of "The Philadelphia" -- The gunboat "Philadelphia," part of Benedict Arnold's fleet at the 1776 Battle of Valcour Island, was sunk under British fire on Lake Champlain. In 1935, a naval engineer named Lorenzo Hagglund brought it to the surface once again. For years it was a floating museum in New York State before being willed to the Smithsonian Institution.
