This piece was commissioned by the Cooler Gallery in White River Junction, Vermont for a show featuring faces of leadership. Filmmaker wrote software to build images of President Bush based on the words in his State of the Union speech. The result was up to 900 individual moving images placed such that together they formed an image of the President giving the speech. He then created five thematic sections that form an infinite loop. Viewers sat in a couch in front of a large television, as in a living room, with a coffee table and remotes (that did not work).

The Vermont International Film Festival is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the community and bring the world to Vermont through film.
Launched in 2014 by a group of filmmakers, archivists and concerned members of the public who wished to ensure the survival of artists’ films in Vermont, VAMP officially became a program of VTIFF in May 2015. The VAMP committee has broadened the initial concept to include all types of films and videos made by VT filmmakers or shot in Vermont.
