A panel of five concerned Vermonters discuss the air pollution problem in Vermont and how citizens can participate in formulating emission and air-quality standards for the state. The panel includes Harry Ashe, Director, Industrial Hygiene Division, Vt. State Health Department; Hubert Slack, Executive Director of the Vermont Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases Association, and Chairman of the Vermont Air Coalition; William Cruikshank, co-chairman of the Committee for Environmental Action; Carl O.
